We offer a range of accounting and advisory services as outlined in our engagement letters. The specific services provided to you will be detailed in a separate engagement letter, which, together with these Terms & Conditions, forms the entire agreement between us.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provision of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the agreed-upon services.
• Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your financial activities.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information. However, we may disclose information as required by law or with your consent.

5. Communication via SMS

• Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from us regarding your account and services.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or contacting us directly.
• Data Sharing: We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share information as required to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in the engagement letter. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, West Coast Accounting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
